oooh, the texture is familiar but not the patterns!! Reminds me of malted milk bisuits we used to have......this brand I think.....anyway, not wanting to hijack your biscuit.....

That’s what they’re called haha

And yes @Dutch, they were basically Malted Milk biscuits with a different design
I thought they were in a black and white packet, or maybe that's malted milk. :p

Top quality biscuit. You can get some cheap knock-offs, but made properly they are absolutely delicious.
Have you tried Petticoat Tails? It's Scottish short bread and comes round in shape, you just break it into slices. :)

I have, once or twice. An absolute treat for sure! Normally the sort of thing that’s floating around during Christmas at my parents, from an uncle or aunt or some distant relative!

Nice and Rich Tea I felt always bought shame to the biscuit world: Rich Tea tasted like loft insulation and Nice was just sandpaper covered in sugar....cheap and nasty! Ban ‘m, burn ‘m!
