It's kind of similar to biscotti. Apparently you can even find them in Tesco's now, in the world foods aisle I'd presume.

My uncle used to bring these biscuits whenever he visited us, they are still available now. We've always called them Pink Marshmallows.

I for the life of me cant rememeber what they are called and if it is what I am thinking of, but there was a biscuit I remember that looked something like this that I absolutely hated!!!

I love the layer of jam in them and the biscuit base is soft rather than crunchy. My uncle used to get them from a market, he would have loads in a clear plastic bag so obviously got them on the cheap.[DOUBLEPOST=1556916800][/DOUBLEPOST]
