I am fine if we completely do away with that. Previously there was no way to change the username but then we moved on to the 180 day rule. So the new rule seems like a combination of both. So if the admin doesn’t approve the name you can’t change it and plus the 180 day rule. So why not make it like it was at the start. The admin team’s work would be far easier I feel.

We can use contact admin forum for the name change with the thread title “NAME CHANGE”

Oh yes I completely forgot about why we even have a 180 day rule which I remember now. So I feel current rule best suits the demands of the forum.
