For modding files , Blobset tools are essential. However, it's unfortunate that no one seems interested in working on Blobset editing/or any editing tools for this particular game. If there were more development in this area, it could be a real game-changer. Personally, I can mod almost anything when it comes to textures, and I've done a lot of modding work for Cricket 19.
