Can anyone give me some tips on how to set a 150+ score in 20-20 because even when I go with good aggresive batsmen if I set the slider too less than "V Aggressive" then they seem too just stroll along to a 80 ball 50 but If its set any higher than that the suddenly start creaming everyball and get 10 off 4 or so and then get out. I've tried linking the aggression to a bowler they both prefer but again that hardly increases the scoring rate.

is what i do and i will normally score 140 minimum is:
start openers on 6 and when they are reasonably settled put the them up to seven
i never put them on eight because they just get out straight away UNLESS they are fully settled or an average bowler is on (or last few overs and kind of settled)
even in the last few overs for new batsmen i find on 6 (or maybe 7) they score more runs than if you put a new batsmen on 8 straight away. When i do this they just either miss the ball or get out
if i lose maybe 3 wickets in the first few overs i sometimes drop down to 5 bars and they still go at about SR 100 until about 10 overs and i try to score around 80 in the last 10 to give me my NORMALLY minimum score of around 140
also in really bad conditions if i put them on v aggressive they get out straight away

Play an aggressive team. If you play naturally defensive players, they find it harder to score. I play one defensive opener and one very aggressive opener. The defensive one tends to just play the whole 20 overs. He keeps the innings together. I let all the other batsman loose. This way will either get you a very big score or a dud score. So it's your risk.

Batting at the death

I played as India and got eliminated in the super 8. My problem is I've got two settled batsmen in the final overs and I would put them on full v.aggression but the boundary comin rarely as the cpu opting the most defensive approach. I'm able to score only around 20 - 30 runs in the final overs.My final score is always between 90 - 120.

In a match against Australia, reqd 45 runs of 5 overs with gambhir (100%) and dhoni (70 %) well settled. I put them on full aggression and they end up scorin just 30 runs and I lost the match. Am I doing anything wrong here.?? please help..!!!

i find it's very hard to chase anything over eight an over,
my advice is don't let the run rate get out of hand at the beginning, try to stay above them all the way
other than that, my advice before really
sometimes you will have bad luck and they might score lots and/or bowl well but thats cricket and thats ICC

yeah,I agree with you..but what should I do in chasing targets like 140+ ..?my batsmen hardly scores above six an over and I end up with the reqd. runrate above 8 in the last 5 overs. also pls. suggest what aggression should I adopt when the cpu opting defensive field..??:help Thanx in advance..!!

well i dont really no how good my advice is but ill give it a try
you should esialy be able to score over 6 an over, i do and i norm have my guys on 6/8 for the first 10-15 overs then move them up when they are between half and fully settled
even if you lose early wickets i consolidate at 5 and still managed sometimes up to 140+
as i said before when computer defensive i norm go for 6 out of 8 bars or maybe more

Thanks mate.! I'm experiencing the worst of all..I played as Australia and managed to score 110 V SL..I made them miserable as 75 -8 in 15 overs..then Murali and mendis came..and mendis really smashed 1 six and 3 fours in one over by watson (aggression lvl 4) next over by Brett lee I set him to normal yet Murali smashed 3 fours and they went on to win..This is completely unacceptable & impossible in real life too..I'm very much angry at the moment n decided not to play this game anymore..:.!!

is what i do when bowling is start on 2-3 bars and then after 6 overs go down to 0 and change the line and length depending on batsman's strengths

Batsmen Thrashing me

In the first ball I set him 3 bars and reduced him 2 bar next ball then 1bar 2 balls later..See the effect..!! what should I do..??

don't play towards batsmens strengths also see where they like to play there shots and dont bowl there
also you dont need to use default fields because they are pretty ████

Eoin Morgan's Preferences are : Spin bowling, Frontfoot and Legside.

I'm bowling the opposite of all for the 5 balls and getting thrashed

lol nice very next ball, often when the computer goes very aggressive like that they just give there wicket away
It's just about building pressure and having patience in a twenty20 match
