I'd say 'Chak De India' would work well. I think Chak De India|Indian|6.
I'm not sure they play Caribbean music at West Indian games, such as the World Cup '07, and other internationals, theyre unlikely to play Caribbean music. Just a guess though, never watched a game from West Indies.

It usually plays in the background when the highlights are being shown...

There isn't really a theme song for it. They just play the current big hits. Lady GaGa, Black Eyed Peas etc.
