I doubt that, if all they did was look at the stat sheets, Dane Swan would win. He didnt get votes for most of hist 30+ disposal games so..yeah. True about the Riewoldt part though.
The person who made the most influence should get the three votes.
Eg. Luke Power gets 40 touches but are all little handballs and cheap, but Jonathan Brown come and gets 10 disposals, but 10 marks and four goals including a huge comeback, Brown should get the three votes.
Yeah, the umpires are stupid maggots and don't know how to give Brownlow votes. Its the same shite every year. Goodes winning 2? Bullshit. Cooney winning 1? Bullshit.
Or just make up a panel of selectors who actually know what they're doing! Next seasons, if anybody's interested, we can have a panel of ourselfs and et a 'Planetcricket Brownlow' medal happening?
Yeah man, Round 1- Nick Riewoldt, 3 votes. Round 2- Nick Riewoldt, 3 votes. Round 22- Nick Riewoldt 3 votes, and I declare Nick Riewoldt of the St.Kilda Football Club the winner of the 2010 Brownlow Medal. <Insert crying pic here>
Nah, seriously thats a brilliant idea. Who wants to be the fat-arse Demetriou?
How bout 3 people vote for every match? E.g. OC- 1 vote to Riewoldt, Covvy- 2 votes to Montagna, Hooper- 3 votes to Judd. It`d be good if we have a decent amount of people.
