Any Improvements?

As I said when the sub forums were split up, Why on earth does Education have a section to itself. The only thread in it that is ever posted is the Education Thread which basically covers everything that you'd talk about in a Education Sub forum. Perhaps the Education subforum should be disbanded and the Education thread put into General Chat? Just a thought
 
You are probably right, the forum didn't really achieve the intentions we had for it when it started, and has essentially remained focused on that single thread.

Whether that means it is worth removing it and merging it back in with general chat, is another matter. If a few people think it is more convenient as it is there isn't a reason to change things, but I'd agree it isn't necessary.
 
I can imagine how useful it could be (Separate threads to ask about colleges, about different tests and requirements, etc.), but there doesn't seem to be enough demand for it...

I have a query - since when did you have to have your thread approved by mods before starting a new one? Or is it just me and I've been placed on Mod-Watch again without knowing it?

Might as well keep the Education Forum. It might be slightly more useful come the time when everyone is doing their uni stuff

As Tom mentions, there are a few trigger words set that place posts automatically into the mod queue, even for moderators.

In the case of youtube videos, it is so that we can check that you aren't posting anything that infringes copyright (so PC isn't in any legal trouble over it). There are some other things that set it off too, mostly around extra spam bot detection. I'd personally like to add "should of" to it and delete all posts that do it.

As per PlanetCricket's listening to member feedback policy, I've managed to give you the option of 24 hour time everywhere except vBookie. I think I'll need to manually change it to get it to say 24 hour time when you are creating an event, but you will be able to see when one is finishing in 24 hour time.

Manually changing that would mean changing that for all of the people who add vBookie events. Seeing as you talk to everyone, you can do a survey of them for me.

User CP -> Edit Options -> Date and Time Options. Change the obvious settings.

I think it's active enough to warrant it's own forum, maybe we lock the education thread and create:

School thread
College thread
University thread
 
The forum has been completely converted to an All-Rounder forum. Though our main objective is Cricket Gaming and Cricket discussion, we have now more than cricket.

This is helping in improvement of forum.

I wanted to ask one question. As we all know Sangam Gupta, the owner of this site is the CEO of Trine Games which is India's leading company in producing religious games, why he still need this site. He is earning lot of money from his company. I have read his interviews on blogs and T.V.
 
I have a suggestion, can we have more selection for the fonts please? I think it would make many people happy in the story forum ;)
