AFTER MATCH PRESENTATION

Mark Nicholas: Hello and welcome to the After Match presentation. Standing next to me is the losing captain Andrew Flintoff. Now Andrew what happened today?

Andew Flintoff: I don't know. Our performance wasn't up to scratch and the Australians just crushed. To be defeated in just 3 days is very embarrasing for us and were going to have a look at our side for next week and make a few changes because we can't afford to lose our next game or even draw it, we have to win to win the Ashes so we'll be looking to turn things around

Mark Nicholas: Thanks for that Andrew. Now I'll move onto the winning captain Ricky "Punter" Ponting. Now Ricky you must be feeling great after that

Ricky Ponting: Its an amazing feeling but it won't last long because like Andrew said next weeks Test will be the decider so we will be looking to win it or at least draw it but back on this match, our boys played brilliantly I couldn't ask for anymore

Mark Nicholas: Its time for man of the match. It was a hard choice but we've chosen Glen McGrath for his 11 wickets. Here's your cheque for $10,000 dollars. I guess your happy with your current form?

Glen McGrath: Thanks Mark. Yes very I suppose the body gets more tired but I'm still performing like Iwas 5 years ago Mark

Mark Nicholas: Thanks Glen. We'll see you next time on the wide world of sports

PRE GAME REPORT

Pitch
As usually its a spinning pitch, nice and dusty, could see cracking in last day. Surprising that no team chose 2 spinners but Australia already had the part time spin of Andew Symonds

Standings
Australia are leading the series 2-1. If its a draw England win the Ashes. If Australia win or draw they win it

Australia
Must carry the momentum of the last game onto the S.C.G today. It will be a mental game and the first 2 crack under pressure will lose. Must start strongly and aviod batting collapses as we have seen thoughout the series

England
Must turn around and quick. Must forget about what happened last week and play with pride and passion. Like Australia must start well, wether with the ball or with the bat. Kevin Pietersen will be the key

COIN TOSS

The captains walk out for the coin toss

Mark Nicholas: I'm here in the middle of the S.C.G with the two captains. Andrew Flintoff calls heads and its Tails. Now Ricky what are you going to do?

Ricky Ponting: We're going to have a bat Mark. It looks like a good spinners pitch so hopefully we will be bowling on Day 5 to make the most of it

Mark Nicholas: What would you have done Andrew?

Andrew Flintoff: We were going to have a bat so we could make the most of the spin on Day 5 but we are happy to have a bat

Mark Nicholas: We'll be back soon for the first session of play
