I would have kept Flintoff as Captain although not a bad decision to make Vaughn captain. Should be an interesting series.

England start their Ashes campaign with what seems a relatively easy match. With such an important Test series ahead it seems England will more than likel bat for the majority of the game with the result being meaningless to them. Therefore it would be possible that this match doesnt reflect the future performances of England.

M.Vaughan- First game of a tour always sets the tone and we done well i think to win the toss and make the obvious choice of batting first. We got pretty much the same batting line up we had all summer but Harmy misses out along with Jones whos not 100% fit and Giles. Hoping for around 600 which is big ask but hopefully means getting some big runs for some of the lads.
