A Balanced Sydney Side

Well, Sydney Assasins a franchise bought by Aerosonde Ltd will be the 6th and final team to take part in the Austrio Caribbean Championship which begins this weekend. Instead of completely relying on big names, Sydney managed to pick up a decent side which on its day could defeat even the best team in the world.

For the domestic part of the players, Ben Rohrer a left hand middle order batsman, Peter Nevill a right hand wicket keeper, Adam Zampa a leg spinner, Nic Maddinson a right hand opening batsman & Burt Cockley a right arm medium fast were selected.

For the capped domestic players the names were pretty much a formality to announce with David Warner and Shane Watson almost certain to open the innings, young fast bowler in Pat Cummins, a legend in himself Brett Lee & the right arm medium all rounder Moises Henriques.

In the international auction the franchise again did the best to keep the side low profile from media as well some good T20 players were signed. They signed the Indian opener Gautam Gambhir for 385,000$, Pakistan's captain Misbah Ul Haq for 215,000$, England's Kevin Pietersen for 400,000$, Sri Lankan former captain Tillakaratne Dilshan for 300,000$ & England's Jade Dernbach for 150,000$.

Unfortunately "assassins" is still spelled wrong. Also it's Tillakaratne Dilshan (I was surprised too).

Great build up. I see you're following the footsteps of JC.

TBH he is a great motivation for me and I really look up to his stories and follow him. I wont reach his level because he is just too brilliant in writings and graphics but I will try my level best :)
