Backup all game data

I am going to be switching to new computer soon, anyone know how to backup all the existing game data as in saves, player records/stats, user created players/ teams and stadiums etc. I just don't want to lose all my existing stuff by doing a fresh install

Any input will be appreciated.

I think such data is stored in

\Documents\My Games\Codemasters\Ashes Cricket 2009.

Copy the folder or the files and paste in the same folder in the new computer.
