At the end of day 1 of the 2nd Test, NZ were 282-5. All credit goes to Ross Taylor for scoring a wonderful century. Rasel removed opener Mathew Bell early in the innings before getting injured. Then the hero of the previous match, Peter Fulton, was batting well but Abdur Razzak bowled him on 40. After that, Gregory Hay and Taylor were building up a good partnership but Enamul Haque removed Hay and broke the partnership. Captain Ashraful then decided to bring Kapali into the attack and he caused 2 important breakthroughs of Brandon Hinii and Mccullum. After that Taylor and Vincent were unbeaten with their 120 run partnership at the end of day 1.

New Zealand going strong, 400 in my opinion should be gettable. Hopefully you can come back and restrict them under 350. Taylor and Vincent can't make much more then you are nearly into the tail which might go easily, might not. new Zealand have a good tail so it might be hard.

Good presentation and good luck in the match.

New Zealand are going well here. Well done to Bangladesh for picking up those crucial five wickets otherwise it could have been a different story. I think that New Zealand will get 390-430.

Great works Khalek! Loving this story mate!

Tamim scored 64 to help Bangladesh get to 224 in the first innings...

Day 2 - The 2 giant partnerships (Taylor-Vincent 158 and Oram-Franklin 186) took the NZ from 282-5 to 528 in day. For Bangladesh Kapali got 3 wickets, Shakib and Razzak got 2 each. The poor bowling by Mortaza (0/108) and Enamul Haque (1/155) was responsible for the downfall of Bangladesh.

Bangladeshi openers came in to bat trailing by 528 runs. The top order except Tamim (64) and Ashraful (49) collapsed and put Bangladesh in trouble. Shakib also scored 64 runs and Bangladesh ended up their score at 224.

Day 3 - Bangladeshi batsmen were asked to follow on after the poor batting performance in the first innings. When Tamim fell after scoring 27 runs, Nafees and Kapali were doing a good job but Kapali couldn't carry on for long. Aftab Ahmed then came to the crease and scored his 2nd consecutive duck in the match and even captain Ashraful went back to the pavillion without scoring a run.

At the moment, Bangladesh are trailing by 190 runs and its looking like NZ will wrap this up very easily.

Game, Set and Match New Zealand. Poor batting display from Bangladesh. They should have put up a fight.

Great presentation Khalek!

Wow nice Presentation :hpraise
come on Bangladesh you can bat on for the whole of day 4.

Nafees' 79 was not enough to save Bangladesh from another humiliating loss

Oram was named Man of the Match for his brilliant all round performance

Bangladesh face yet another humiliating innings loss against NZ in the 2nd Test. Shahriar Nafees (79) top scored in the 2nd innings and built a good partnership with Abdur Razzak (35) that helped Bangladesh get to 226.

For NZ Iain O'Brien got 5 wickets and Jacob Oram got 2 wickets. The 3rd and Final Test will be played in Mirpur, Dhaka where Bangladeshis will look to improve their test cricket abilities.

Mashrafe took 3 important wickets

At the end of day 1, NZ were 312-5, thanks to the Taylor-Fulton 172 run partnership. Mashrafe Mortaza took 3 wickets where spinners very disappointing especially Abdur Razzak who bowled 33 overs without getting a wicket. Farhad Reza got 1 wicket.

Bangladesh will have to bowl well to restrict NZ from getting to a big score as there is lot more batting left.

Great batting from New Zealand and Taylor. Unlucky Fulton got dismissed for 99. :( Well bowled Mashrafe. He has deserved them wickets.

Great works Khalek!
