Just to tell u guys. i talked to keggut (who designed that helpfile with hav training times.) He has edited it and also included times for 3 nets. ( courtesy to me).
Times in this spreadsheet r old so u can update them now (for 3 nets too).

there is a sheet named Data.
but first go to tools->protection-> unprotect sheet.
then edit times for all the pops....

Its calculating weird i put up a 22 yrs player it shows that he will get pop to resp in concistency from feeble in 18 weeks. wheres as a 18 yrs old will pop to comp in 18 weeks
