I have predicted this from a player I have just purchased...
Code:
Mushtaq Lisbie (1728672)

LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, proficient batting form, mediocre bowling form, lively
A defensive player with competent leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Plays For: St Michele CC
Nationality: England
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 6,898
Wages: ?661 p/w
Stamina: respectable Wicket Keeping: woeful
Batting: mediocre Concentration: respectable
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: worthless
Fielding: worthless

Should I give him these nets and produce a player of this quality (Nets over 18 weeks)?

Bowling: mediocre Consistency: worthless

He would be an 18 year old at this stage, Im thinking of putting 4 nets on him; 2 batting, 1 stamina and 1 keeping. Good combination, or should I go for more or less?

His keeping is to low to start from, use a fielding net instead

Would definetly be a handy player. If you really want you could even chuck on a bowling net.

Putting him on 6 nets

Just the 2 batting nets, not focusing on him focusing on

I dont want him to be a keeper really, its just that the keeping net will help his Concentration.

But his Consistency is worthless? Should I still go for it?

I am doing it with my bowler but for his batting. He has reasonable concentration so I am giving him a batting net to try to raise his batting... might be a bad idea but I want an AR
