Coaches in cricket dont have as big a role as they have in Football, but now with some new coaches being signed by different teams, everyone's eager to know which one will do the best job?

Personally, I am a big fan of Bob Woolmer and Duncan Fletcher, and rate both of them as excellent coaches. Jon Buchanan is another good coach, but with his already excellent team, he is hardly tested as much as the others.

Anywayz, who according to you then is best of the lot amongst cricket coaches currently?

Duncan Fletcher has done wonders for the english. He probably is the best coach cause as you said Buchanan is too hard to judge

i picked dav whatmore because he is manly enough to take his shirt off at a game. greg chappell should be the best, he was the best player and a very good captain and he is going to india to build them into a force, not simply teach them how to win. of course you cant say hes a great coach if he hasnt done anything.

Australia have won games on tactics as much as skill. They find and exploit the weaknesses of their opponents. Buchanan plays a huge role in Australia's dominance!

Bob Woolmer. :clap :happy

Dav Watmore cause ur only as good as d players u hav.He has improved the Bangladesh side that i think they wont lose to associate members like canada. He was succesful with SL also

Jon Buchanan has done it for long time .......Lets see what Indian coach does it now...we should give him time to establish...

Greg Chappel, see his record as a player. better than any other coach

the only legend as coach.

i don't care how india play with him, i won't care if they lose all macthes, coz GREG will always be the best

and i won't blame GREG if we fail
