Just to confirm, do we need to pick one player one by one or full XI as and when we are up in the draft?

It will be an ordered draft. I will put the entire list order and participants wil pick one by one in order. Every participant gets 24 hours to make his pick. If he picks earlier than that, the next in order can continue to make his pick. If someone fails to make a pick in 24 hours, the next in order can go ahead and make his pick.
