"Best" way to win?

Hey everyone,

Random point of discussion. Would you rather win by a huge amount of runs, have an innings victory, or win by 10 wickets? Which do you think is the 'best' way to win/bigger margin of victory?

All three with respect to the type of format and the situation you're put in.

I dont know why but i always feel that winning by a huge run margin is always good.Innings victory is a rarity,so i would not consider that.As a captain,i feel that setting a target and defeating the opposition by a huge run margin is 100% victory.

You win whichever way the situation dictates, there is no "best way".

I think the best way to win is in as short a time as possible. That's why I don't like teams batting again when they can enforce the follow on. Pull out the boot and stomp! Same with teams chasing small targets in ODIs, flash and flash hard as Ravi would say
