I wasn't able to log on to the site for most of yesterday. I hope that's looked into.

Also, I was wondering, because there were only 2 bidders, withdrawing all earlier bids is out of question, because the last bid was not by Beijing anyway. We won't go back to the start, contrary of what I thought earlier.
