hiya,
i tried installing this patch, but when i enter the location of the gob file it says gob file not found... please tell me in exact words how to go about it realizing the fact that i am a beginner.....

I tried a bit more but now I do not think I can make the umpire camera better than this. I am sorry if it doesn't look good.

This one was slightly zoomed out and the target was also changed. This enables to see the bowler quite a bit earlier. Here is the cfg file.
My previous target was the base of the stumps.
And, quicksilver you only need to enter the exact path like
<cricket 2004 directory path>\data\cricket_pc.gob
e.g.
C:\games\cricket 2004\data\cricket_pc.gob
xyz, I use only MS Paint to convert bmp files to jpg files as I can post only jpg files.
It is not intel, my cpu is somewhat outdated anyway, it's nvidia riva tnt 2 pro. The game runs on this card. I use low settings so grafix will never be good.

i just noticed i made a mistake in one of my posts. it should say FACE_X/Y/Z_AXIS not FAC_X/Y/Z_AXIS.
