Actually we bought and EA has gained something from us.That still doesnt give us perrmission to change stuffs and openly distribute it .

But the original creator of the patch doesnt benefit from you.

Also what the point in just asking the guy out .I dont think anybody here would mind ,its just that a prior intimation is good.

I think the dude's got a good point over here.

You see putting graphics of other companies like pepsi and coke do enhance the game.Even i download them from the net.
But the thing is when we use the graphics ,we unintetionally or intentionally use the logo of the company.
Now take for example BDM bats.
I know the guys personally and they are very fussy about their brand name,maybe because the name is the name of the owner,but i think that he's got a point.

Since we all are on planetcricket,which is possibly the biggest and the only cricket games site around having so many memebrs,i don't think that we should bother if anyone of the Planetcricket members uses our work.We are like a family meant to stay together for cricketing benefit.

What the guy did was just show off his logo.Maybe he could not get just the logo part thats why he showed the entire picture.

Also many members say that one should take permission,i disagree with this.We at Planetcricket are not commercializing ourselfs and our products.So
,the question of taking credit does not arise.I should also point out that each and every download makes it to the download center where the name of the maker is given.So members please be at peace.

BTW EA Don't make the game, they just publish it, And it's a great game, yeah it' is when our Patch makers do good job. :happy

Oh my God. I never thought this topic would be such a sensation. I already told that I was confused and I also apologised. If luhar have had used my graphics to make his own tv overlay and then post it for downloads, that would have been a problem, but he just wanted to show his logo, thats all.
So I believe we should end this here and Luhar should start displaying his downloads again.

Hey Dude this not the first time this is happening. There are many members on this site who are trying to act smart give smart ass comments on it. wther he took permission is not their problem, it is something between Luhar and the PlanetCricket Admins and Mods. Its kinnda frustarting when u have to hear from five different or more members about the same jack **** about plagarism....but is not their thing to mind its mods and the orignal patchers concern. I was warned by one of the admins, i wont say the name though, regarding unecessary post and this what most of the members are doing.

Ppl are trying to contribute to the game thus you should enjoy the game and quit posting unecessary comments for which they have no concers.

So mods pls look into this.....so we dont have to deal with stupid comments from our members.
