Would be a huge gamble by the board to appoint him. Fans would want a marquee appt so unless he had amazing start to season would be on his back quite quickly

Wonder if Wenger has any input to,his successor ?
Like Alex Ferguson and David Moyes?

At this moment I don't care season is over and we are shit.

Reports seem to suggest board not keen on a high-profile appointment that would command a massive wage.
Just like when they appointed Mr Wenger in the first place. If I can remember, Bruce Rioch was more high profile than Wenger on appointment and we all know who Rioch signed?
