Editing Human Teams
Its real simple if you want to do that.
First of all open the cricket revolution folder there you see a folder named "System" open it then "data" in which the named "Game" and in game you see a folder "0".
\cricket revolution\system\data\game\0\
All the teams that can be played by human are there.
Open folder "0" and you'll see a lot of numeric folders in
0 = Australia roster
1 = Bangla
2.= England
3.= India
4.= New Zealand
5.= Pakistan
6.= South Af
7.= S.Lanka
8.= W.Indies
9.= Zimbabwe
and all other are for the countries (See these images)

folder 27 (that I use for) is Japan.
Now you want to edit pakistan's roster
simply copy default-.tm from folder "5" and paste it to folder "27"
Run the game and go to team management
On top right hand corner "Other playing nations"

Select Japan. Then click setup
There you can edit the names of players.

Edit it and click on the same player's name and name will be changed.

Then click "done" when done.
exit the game and come back to
\cricket revolution\system\data\game\0\27
there you see custom-.tm copy this.
Paste it back to '5' directory.
Now you old default-.tm is there
delete it or backup it.
and rename the custom-.tm to default-.tm
run the game and go to team management select Pakistan
(if you see corrupted names then click "default" button).

Thats it.
EDITING CPU TEAMS
If you can do the above then replacing CPU teams is real simple.
CPU uses roster from folder "teams" in which there are teams in same sequence
as mentioned in first post.
e.g you want your edited Pakistan Roster to be selected by CPU
Copy your edited default-.tm from folder
\cricket revolution\system\data\game\0\5
to
\cricket revolution\system\data\game\Teams\5
but there you'll see that there is no file named "default-.tm"
there are three roster files
low.tm
mid.tm
high.tm
delete all three, copy your default-tm and paste it twice.
Now you have three different files in there
rename them one by one to the
low.tm
mid.tm
high.tm
Thats it.
