This is wad i got on one of a cricketing site.

Cricket 2004: No XBOX & e3

Recently, EA posted that they wouldn't be releasing their upcoming Cricket 2004 on the XBOX. Here's what they had to say:

"Unfortunately we will not be releasing Cricket 2004 on X box as in the main markets for Cricket, X box has limited penetration (Oz, Nz & Uk) or no presence at all (ZA and India). It's a pity that the platform providers do not look at certain games and take into account their ability to drive console sales in certain markets".

In case you were wondering to get a glimpse of Cricket 2004 at this year's e3, then forget it. EA won't be showing Cricket 2004 at this year's e3. :huh: :o :blink:

EA won't be showing Cricket 2004 at this year's e3.

That can mean one of several things.

1.Cricket 2004 is going to be delayed beyond November
2.Cricket is not a priority for EA and they dont intend to showcase it as a premier tier title.
3.E3 is US centric and EA sees no point in featuring Cricket which is of limited appeal to the US ( so is rugby though <_< ).


Anyway all we can hope for is that Cricket 2004 will be good gameplaywise firstand foremost :
