Can I buy the game through Indian xbox store Will I be able to play ?

Not sure about Xbox but on psn you can do it as long as you have an Indian psn account funded with local (Indian) psn card

Same here. I don't know what has happend. Maybe you have to go on the xbox store on your xbox one . Thats what Im planning on doing soon.

Hi everyone i see the same message on the screen "DBC 17 is currently not available"
Less then an hour ago the screen message was "game will be available on 12-14-16 4pm.

Coz it will most probably be added tomorrow and once it goes live, XBox will enable it as well
