Early next session decided to give the other two bowlers a rest so he brought Jaz and Pakcricketer into the attack.
PakCricketer got his 2nd wicket. It was Laraman. Clean Bowled.
Trego came and went with Jaz getting him for only 2 runs. It was a great ball that he nicked to the keeper. That was his 2nd.
Hopawhitey and IBMB wanted to bowl really badly so Iloveireland gave them the ball and top them to clean this up quick.
With IBMB's first ball for the spell he knocked over Durston. Which meant only the 2 bowlers were left to bat.
Next over Hopawhitey finished off the match with a great ball to bowl the batter.
Great first FC win. It was a belting too!!
END OF MATCH STATS:
Zorax was close to getting MOTM as well.
BTW Zorax, your batting form bar went so far last match it went off the page. I mean ur FC average is 326
Next game is a OD game against Durham.

Well Ritchie, Iloveireland has lead this team well so far. They are playing the 10th team in the OD league so they are on the back foot. This team should be able to knock them over. Perticularly with players like Zorax and FeelingBlue?
Yes Tony, I am not sure about his team selections though. I have heard of rotation policies but he has a new team every week. It is very odd but its working for him so I cant complain. I like this teams tactics. They go agressive all match. They never seem to relieve the pressure and are always bowling to the batsmans weaknesses. I also like that he isnt afraid of giving the new ball to Medium Pacers. Its fairly uncommon to see this but it is a good tactic. Lets have a look at the team he has picked for today:
Yes it is a very interesting team selection there isnt it Richie. They seem to have changed everyone from last match except for 4 players. He has kept FB and Zorax of course. Zorax being the shoe-in for Most Improved player and he might get most runs as well. He has been amazing and is proving just how good he is to the world. FeelingBlue? on the other hand is a great batsman and seems to be a good fielder too.
Yes Tony. This is an interesting line-up but this is an interesting team so you never know. Anything can happen in cricket. Its a great pitch for cricket today. Should be a batsman paradise. I expect a lot of runs and the fielding teams will require good use of the new ball if they want to get into their batting order.
Well these teams have played each before in FC and had a draw. Both teams will really want this win. They will play hard and I think there is a rivalry growing between these two teams.
Yes Tony there definately is. So I hope for an entertaining clean match. If Zorax gets booked again he will probably get a ban or a fine. Thats all from us for now. Now to Slats for the toss.
Well hello. Both captains are ready for the toss on this brilliant day. If I won the toss I would bat and I am sure whichever team that does pick will pick that. Iloveirleand calls head and heads it is. He actually picked to Bowl!! I cant see why he did but he did. Iloveireland why did you pick to bowl??
Well we are a good bowling side and the bowlers wanted to get the ball in their hands early.

Oh yes. I would have picked to bat. That call just proves how niave this team is. They were lucky against us last time. We were having a bad match but there will be no mercy this match. We are gonna roll them.

Don Pedro started off the match with a maiden and it looked like a good sign of things to go.
After 10 overs they had reached 40 runs without loss. Don had 0/7 of 5 overs including 2 maidens.
Iloveireland and Roo were to bowl next.
After we both got smashed in our first overs we did better. Roo got our first breakthrough in his 3rd over. It was the dangerous Knight caught at Mid off. It was a brialliant catch by morgieb. It was an amazing diving catch. It was definately a chance of KFC Classic Catches Prize or Catch Of The Season.
When Knight left the other batsman Batson decided it was time to go for it. He hit Iloveireland and Roo for a lot of runs until Iloveireland got his Caught and Bowled. It was a brilliant piece of cricket.
An over later Iloveireland gave Tobes and Zorax the ball. He hoped these too could get a few quick wickets.
Both took some real stick and it looked like they had wrecked the good start until Zorax took a wicket in his 5th over that made his figures 1/26. Easy catch to tobes.
Don and Roo were to bowl again. Don got hit for more runs in his first over than he had in his whole previous spell. FOur overs later Iloveireland and Zorax were to bowl again. With Iloveirelands 3rd ball back he got Saleh for 7. He was dangerous and it was an important wicket.
In the 38th overs Zorax almost got his second. Don dropped a gem. It was a bad miss and Zorax was fuming.
Pakcricker and Tobes were to bowl next.
In the 39th over Don made up for it with a great run-out. It was out by a mile.
Pakcricket got Murchall caught behind with a gem delivery. There run rate was high but they seemed to be slowing down.
Next over Tobes got a wicket. The batsman was bowled.
Iloveireland and Don were to bowl out their overs.
Don got Plunkett Lbw with a great wicket.
Iloveireland bowled a great ball and got Bridge caught at 1st slip.
Iloveireland got Killeen LBW to finish off the innings.
Well Iloveireland are you happy with that bowling performance?
Oh yeh Slats, those Durham players can talk the talk but cant walk the walk. They got a par score and we have a better than average batting line-up and we will win this game easily. Sorry Durham but your in trouble.
