I am starting this thread to listen to yours' views regarding the topic. My view is that we must eat to live and not live to eat.We must eat whatever is essential for our nutrition and existance. We must avoid eating too much fast foods as this often leads to fatal diseases.

First of all good topic.I think both things complement each other bcoz we eat so that we can live. And if we want to live then we have to eat and for that we have to earn money. Can u eat money to live?

Watch the Dubai ministers to find out :D

I Blame duff for the whole forums fast food addiction tbh.

Well I live to eat. Just three nights ago I spent an hour making an Italian beef cassarole.
Have been inside MacDonalds about 4 times in my whole life and haven't had a takeaway (when sober) for about three years.

I eat to live. Don't mind much what it is aslong as it tastes good (Smell helps too...)

I would say , ..... Both :p.

I agree, I live to eat as well, but hardly ever eat junk food. I love cooking & its easier than people make out.
The taste of freshly prepared quality ingredients wins everytime over pre-prepared junk, remember support your local butcher and greengrocer dont settle for supermarket pap.

After today's lunch it just comfirmed I eat to live, I don't enjoy my food as I use to. It gets too repetitive.

^whs.

Cooking is far easier than people make it to be.

Casserole? 1 hour?

Slow arse.

Can chop the beef, onion and mushrooms up, fry them all, put them in the dish with the gravy, do the potatoes, carrots and broccolli for laters, wash the frying pans up and have it in the oven within the hour :p

I cook my casserole for 2 hours, how long do you?

I believe there is so much pressure on work these days that people do not care to find out what they are eating at lunch and dinner and eat whatever is given to them.(I mean edible substances.)So according to me majority of the people eat to live and not live to eat.

the only people who live to eat are chefs etc, they live to eat, to make food to make money

i eat to live.

I also work to live as the government wants us to live to work.
:boxing
