Guys it's been long time since we heard of any future realising of any Cricket game after BLIC 07, EA Cricket 07, ICC3, and Cricket Coach.

I know we might be on for another ?crap? game, but it?s been long since most of us (certainly me) had played any Cricket game.

The Art of Cricket has a long long way to go yet.

I am sure EA will release there next game but if you are right than its very sad:(.

expect a few games to come out for ashes fever next year, deffo an ea game, prob a codies game and hopefully someone else to put thoses two to shame

Well Red Mile have already confirmed they are developing the next BLIC game and EA are never ones to be discouraged by their crapness.

I'm sure that there are some games coming, don't worry.

OMG No cricket games released in the last year. This is the end of cricket gaming!!

Seriously though, EA and/or Codemasters are most definitely going to release a new cricket game at an opportune time.

They don't just focus only on cricket games. EA release all types of games so we have to wait until they'll release next version of cricket.

Actually, I think EA is dictating the sports gaming economy in the sense that till EA produce a game, nobody else will (Codemasters, ICC)

Well I don't know anything myself but Colin was the one who told me and he has some inside sources.

Yes, we also know EA have dropped HB Studios (confirmed ages ago) and are on the look out for a new developer to produce their next cricket game, which I guess would almost certainly be released around next years Ashes series

Excellent news then I must say, HB Studios do a fantastic job with the Rugby series (although it's too easy) but their cricket efforts have been disappointing to say the least.

This is the interview where it is mentioned that Red Mile are working on the next Cricket game by Codemasters.

indication of no PC game then by codies?
