The PC-ECB are proud to announce the 18-man squad for the forthcoming Ashes series.

It was a difficult decision trying to bring in the best men, (and I suppose Skater is there, so women also) for the job. We've had to leave some people out, but we feel the mix of guys (and gals) will really be able to step up and take on the Aussies in our own back-yard!

The big news is that Barmyarmy has been added, his acceptance is yet to be made, but reports say that he will in time accept the offer.

Nice to see we have gone bowlery heavy so now I'm not overly confident of getting my place

Nothing to do with us deciding on choosing bowlers, it's just the fact us English love to bowl. 10 bowlers in total will make it competitive selection wise, so get posting and hope you rack up some performances in the domestic side of things.

Delighted to be selected for the England squad just a couple of days after my CricSim comeback. I'm sure my comeback 5-fer against the Legends won't go amiss!
Now then, lets get back to getting ready to demolish these Aussies. If Cardiff is true to its word, then we'll spin them outta the game!

You aren't in the squad for the series, but you can still make yourself look stupid by trying to out-wit an Aussie. Its an easy task for most to out-wit an Aussie, but for you, a little difficult.

Nah, if we're having a series like this, we need big names who've got some Liverpudlian wit/humour...That could really confuse the Aussies.
