This should be a good series.I would definetely want Sa to win but I feel England will win by a small margin.

I certainly hope that South Africa are better than they have been as we need a close series before we face the Aussies. I wouldn't want us going into that series without being given a really tough time because the Ashes is going to be far from easy.

i went for england 3 - 2 , englands a team thats on the way up and south africa is starting to get ruined by hopeless selections such as mark boucher (possible the worlds best gloveman) dropped for tsokile or watever his name is and players like ontong getting picked that struggle in domestic cricket let alone test cricket.

I think South Africa just picked a weaker team because they wanted to give other people chances, against India. Apart from that Gibbs and Boje (?) were in trouble with the Delhi police which is why they were dropped. However, I am not sure if Boucher was dropped or just rested. If he was dropped then yeah, that is one bad selection. It was funny listening to the radio commentators in India calling Tsolekile, "Silly Killy". That's how they pronounced it, though.

Its Tsolekile , like Sole Kille, and mark boucher was dropped due to smith saying that he is a good wickey but he is also a bad influence on the team

While cricket is huge in Sub-continent and England (only during the cricket season), the fan following in countries like SA and WI is diminishing. As an effect not many youngsters want to play cricket in these countries. From what a great team SA was to what it is now proves my point.

I think England will win the series 3-0, or 3-1.

I just can't see South Africa winning even one match, against this England team.
England are on a roll at the moment, South Africa need to get organised.

Anyone know the real reason Graham Smith took his team off, talkSPORT said there was a pre series agreement between the two teams.

He 'says' that his team couldn't see the ball in the light, which sounds pathetic to me when the batsman are having no problems. I think the real reason is that they were struggling, the bowlers were ineffective at the time so he thought 'lets come back tomorrow and have a go when we're fresh.'
