I am new to this forum and like this forum very much, I am football lover and have planned to visit South Africa, for FIFA World Cup 2010.

But during ticket booking some of the website ask for National ID or Passport number, is it okay to submit this vital information to a website?

I'd be very suspicious if any website asks me for that sort of stuff, especially if it is just for tickets

There was a fake Beijing 08 site I can recall. I wouldn't trust it. If you were at least going to pay show us the site you are looking at, before losing your house.
