Game Running Slow in Windows 7

I have been playing Ashes 09 on 9600GT at full specs since a long time. Not to mention with or without the patches the performance remains the same.

You were already told that the card and drivers weren't the problem. Transmission acknowledged there was a problem on high-end systems and fixed it in the beta.

Luckily that isnt the case with me. My game runs smooth on Windows 7 with or without the patches . I guess its time to update your drivers. BTW I use a MSI 9600GT 512mb. Whats the name of your GFX card vendor ?

This game is pretty poorly coded... my GTX 275 seems to be having a hard time with this at times..

Sunny Im facing the same problem.... even the menu is running very slow... i installed new windows(win 7) before that i was using the same windows and after that all that started to happen....!!

HI friends i too have this problem.I cant almost run it on my pc due to this.The game crashes/freezes/takes long time during;

The start up/All of the 4 Loading screens
When i take certain menus like if i open load game menu it freezes for few seconds like 30-40 seconds or so...
Same freeze if i load a game i previously saved
It freezes during game play when the score card is shown

Also i am now a days almost bored and fear to play ac09 due to this because almost after every match the score card is shown and game is over it freezes for another 2-3 mins......

What should I do here?

But now the game freeze at the credit screen forever..

The game does not run well with Windows 7. Try these measures:
1)Open Windows Media Player and play any file with mute and repeat options on/ checked and minimize it. Run the game. (This works in Windows XP also).
2) If the above does not work, the screen freezes for 30-40 seconds. For this, when the game freezes press Ctrl+Alt+Delete (Excluding/Not + sign) and open Task Manager. The CPU Usage will be at 100%. Wait for it to come down to 30-40% and then open the game. Repeat if necessary.
3) Download Game Booster and follow the above steps.
