Garbled menus in Win XP Pro

I am seeing garbled menus in Win XP Pro everytime I come out of a game. Basically I cant quit outa the game using the menus; I have to go to the desktop and End-Task the game. Any ideas why?! I did get the latest 42.xx version of the Detonator nVidia drivers. TIA.

there was at crickettk the latest drivers for windows xp
which fixes this problem.

Go to the main page of the site and look on the side at the Geforce Fix menu

Ok I can only find the 40 Detonator driver and the 41.09 XP Driver which I have. Where is this 42.xx driver??? :huh:
