This Thread is designed to present Hardware which shall make Computer Gaming easier and more enjoyable. Each day Skateboarder2 shall present one piece of Hardware, up until Sunday, February 13, 2005, in which is the last day of presentation.

HARDWARE PRESENTATION-DAY ONE-MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2005
The Playstation 2 PC USB Adapter allows the user to play Computer Games on the PC with a Playstation 2 controller. It makes PC gaming easier and more realistic, without having to use the tricky keyboard. Thanks to Andrew Nixon for supplying information.


Available at most good game stores (GAME etc.) and available over the Internet.

Hardware Presentation: Tuesday, February 8, 2005- Day Two- Playstation 2 Controllers

HARDWARE PRESENTATION-DAY TWO-TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2005
Hi, welcome back to the Hardware section. Day two of the presentation is the classic Playstation 2 controller. They come with Playstation 2 consoles but can be bought in different colours, styles and with different features. Here is an example of a PS2 controller. You will need these to make day one's presentation to work! Playstation 2 controllers are available in all good game shops and available over the Internet.

HARDWARE PRESENTATION-DAY THREE-WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2005
Hi! welcome to the Hardware section for presentation number three. Today is the plain and simple Playstation 2. Released is the millenium, it was the "next generation" of games consoles with graphics, games and online ability. To this day it is the best-selling console ever. Playstation 2 consoles are available at all good game stores and over the Internet. Please Note: I would like your replies on this thread as I am currently worried about the populartiy of this thread. If you wish for it to continue, please post and say so. I welcome your feedback on not wanting it to continue as well. Please Note: Hardware Presentations will finish on Sunday, February 13, 2005, but Saturday's presentation shall be a summary of what has been shown so far, with links to the cheapest areas.

Vibs89, the Hardware I present may not be Hardware that you have never seen before. It is a method of persuasion to help PC or Xbox users or even people without a console to buy the Playstation 2 and try it out for themselves. I try to find new Hardware such as the Playstation 2 PC USB Adapter but sometimes I need to go back to basics and show you Playstation 2 consoles and controllers. Tomorrow (Number Four, Thursday, February 10, 2005) I will attempt at finding a new piece of Hardware for everybody to enjoy. Please Note: The Hardware section will end on Sunday, February 13, 2005 and at that time will require an administrator to close this thread to new posts. On Saturday, February 12, 2005 you will see a summary of the Hardware presented so far, with the cheapest prices linked to it. This is called the "Saturday Summary".

Hardware Presentation: Thursday, February 13, 2005-Day Three-Laptop

HARDWARE PRESENTATION-DAY FOUR-THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2005
Hi all welcome to day four of the Hardware Presentation. Today I have something which reveloutionised Computer use. The Laptop. These are computers that were battery charged, and were small enough to carry around. They are popular with School Teachers and Business people. They were the original "Hand Held" computers. Laptops will cost a lot of money, but are available from all good Computer Hardware shops e.g PC World.

Please Note: I have always dreamed of owning a Laptop. Your Feedback is still welcome. Remember the final day of Hardware Presentation is Sunday, February 13, 2005 and Saturday, February 12, 2005 will feature a "Saturday Summary".

Closure

Hi everyone, sadly due to lack of feedback and popularity, I have decided to discontinue the Hardware Presentation. For Friday, February 11, 2005, Saturday, February 12, 2005 and Sunday, February 13, 2005, there shall be no Hardware presentation. If anyone posts in this thread it could be a problem with Hardware, and asking others to help. :crying
