having a big problem

I know this may already be posted but I dont think the pathces are the solution:

So first i installed zims pathc and that didnt freeze and then one dya it started too and it freezes sometimes, so then i tried ravis, and it freezes, and then i got his latest version and it freezes

so then i got hardcore gameplay patch by vineet i think....well then it didnt freeze until yesterday, it has froze on me 5 times since last night, and it is getting frustrating...

Does anyone have a solution...maybe a patch suggestion or something

Oh yeah here are me cpu specs:
HP Cpu(if this does matter?)
Windows xp pro(if this does matter?)
128mb ram
16mb vram
pIII 700mhz

No idea about your problem, but HP don't make CPUs

Well i dont know....al i know it has a hp sticker on it and i think it is made by HP

The computer itself maybe made by HP, but the CPU will be made by either Intel or AMD (unless it's really old in which case it could be IBM). The CPU is a part of the computer.

i have hardcore ptch and it never freezes . i have an amd processor but i dont think thats relevant anyway

Well, I've also experienced this same problem after loading some of the patches off this website. My specs are:
P III 600Mhz
512Mb Ram
20Gb HDD
64Mb DDR Ram 3d Graphics Card.
