Here we have Gajan with us, how do you think the match went?

Gajan T said:
Well, the boys batted really well tonight, but I felt we were about twenty runs short on this wicket. Gilly was a gem for us again, and Rahul played really well, those two having another good partnership. Happy too get some runs myself today, I think we've pretty much got our top three sorted out.

Our bowlers really let our batsman down. Only Rahul and Nakul looked like taking a wicket at all, and our fielding was very poor. We dropped catches, and let about thirty through in the field. The boys better bring their best running shoes to training! :p

Well played by the Demons, Brendon and Shakti batted really well. The series is really alive now, and we'll be back at our best in the next game. It'll be good to be back at my home ground, the good ol' 'G.

Here's todays MOTM, Troy Lerana

Troy Lerana said:
Fantastic game for us today, very happy to come off with a well-deserved win against the Deadly Demons. It was always going to be a tough challenge to bowl first against a team so skilled with the bat. Well done to Rahul Khush, who did exceptionally well with the ball, with 2 wickets and only 4 runs conceded of his 2 overs. Having said that, I was very impressed by the skills of Brendon Hedger, the Demons' opener, he scored a gritty half-century, with me looking in awe standing on the field. Credits goes to Suren Ram and Shakti Makwana as well for the Demons, who scored 40 and 30 odd respectively. The Demons did very well against our bowlers to score 140 odd in my opinion. It was going to be challenging, with both our openers, that tosser Gajan and the legend Gilly, total opposites really, walking back to the pavillion early. Our bowling legend Rahul then got run out by superb fielding by the Demons for just 9, Callum Gray and Yashwant Kumar settled the ship for us, which gave the latter batsmen a foundation to work on, that was when things when our way. I went in for my debut innings, obviously incredibly nervous, and to score 46 not out was fantastic for me. James Hopes also achieved a well-respected 26 not out, but a greater achievement was winning the game. But all i can say is, well done to the boys, and lets hope we carry on with our form till next week.

LOL at the comments about me :p Go stick that up your ass Jamie Lyons, Lerana is in town (no seriously, he lives in Melbourne)....

Good knock from Troy, disgusted with the top order contribution, especially myself. James Hopes proved his worth immediately with bat and ball. Lots of contributions down the order, it was a great game...

Johnson in with a chance of being dropped :O
