Great win by CSK! After Rashid Khan's overs no one would've thought CSK would win it. But Faf and Thakur played excellent innings together!

Brathwaite's over changed the match.

This is going to be CSK's final now! Whoever comes their way will be destroyed.

Gutted. As an SRH fan I feel gutted. This was our game the way the SRH bowlers were bowling. Serious error in captaincy by Williamson to bring Brathwaite in the 18th over. That changed the game entirely.

Faf played a gem of an innings. He tilted the game in CSK's favour helped by the lucky boundaries from Thakur. Hard to criticize Brathwaite, batted very well but was cluttered with the ball.

CSK will win the cup. They have the team to do it and everyone is in form. Not one of SRH, KKR or RR can match the might of CSK. They've got good bowlers and an amazing batting lineup.

It was a weird thing between Brathwaite and Thakur. Braithwaite was the one who tore into Thakur's bowling and took SRH to 139, which turned out almost a winning total. And then Thakur (the guy who was torn apart by Brathwaite) comes out and tonks runs off his own to win the match for CSK while Braithwaite completely loses it with his bowling.

I say this with total confidence, CSK had no right to win that match. SRH had both their hands on CSK's neck when the seamers and Rashid tore through our batting lineup. Rashid Khan was UNPLAYABLE today. On a pitch like this where it turns and it stops, whoa he becomes deadly. Wonder how will he fare in ODI's on such wickets where he gets to bowl 10 overs.

In hindsight, CSK and their fans (including me) will jog our memory back to the previous game against KXIP where CSK did that bizarre batting change of Harbhajan and Chahar. The runs (lucky maybe?) that those two got in that match, probably gave CSK a wallop of confidence that no matter how hard it gets or how dire it gets, they have the batters to come in, hang in there and also score runs of their own. Maybe Thakur fed of that same confidence too. I mean, even if it was scripted (which most CSK haters warp about on social media whenever CSK wins), its incredibly hard to script it like this.

That one is going into memories of both CSK and SRH fans for a long time now. What a game of cricket! Faf du Plessis - simply outlandish![DOUBLEPOST=1527016536][/DOUBLEPOST]I feel like this is KKR's year and I have really weird logic about that. That I'll tell only if KKR succeed. I don't wanna make mess of myself right now.:p

I seriously wish to question the idea of having a soft signal of OUT when the fielder himself says that he is not sure about the catch. Or if they want to take the fielder's word and give the soft signal as OUT, its fine but when the third umpire is judging and the evidence is inconclusive, the decision should go in favor of the batsman. I know its a batsman dominated sport and I know bowlers and fielders need the balance but not through this way. They should get better pitches and stricter bat rules among other things. When it comes to inconclusive catches, the decision in my very honest opinion, should go in favor of the batsman.

CSK were on the wrong end of this twice in two consecutive games. Last game, it was Faf who got the wrong end of it when Gayle took an inconclusive catch in the slips. Today it was Chahar. These are game changing moments. There was one instance in this IPL (I dont remember the game) where the soft signal was OUT, the evidence was inconclusive but it was given OUT.

He already averages 14 in ODIs and his economy is about 4. I know he has played mainly against associated teams, but the numbers are still IMPRESSIVE. Plus he's a good fielder, descent batsman and a mature player than many of the players in their 20s. He's a great young player, Afghanistan are lucky to have him.

India better not prepare a turning track for that debut test game that's coming up for Afghanistan. Rashid Khan and Mujeeb could possibly create history. And then India will be crying hoarse that Virat Kohli gave up the country's honor to play county cricket.

It is impossible to script it like that. Two boundaries off Thakur's bat came as a result of edge, imagine if one of those delivery had actually hit the stumps. It was clearly a bit of luck and you can never script luck, not at least in sports. People crying out on social media are really insane. I read that Mumbai's bounce back after 6 defeats was a result of Ambani's money coming into play. Had the Ambani need to buy points for his team like that he would have won MI each and every game. Because that way it is less suspicious. People could get just too rubbish sometimes.

I regularly meet these kinda people. Remember Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) once said you should rather ignore these kinda people (who keep on talking nuisance) otherwise there won't be any difference between you and them.

Glamourous the IPL has been over years , just opposite has been the trophy's sculpture .

It's just like an old school trophy . Comparatively , the PSL trophy is way too beautiful .

Rajasthan is on course for almost an upset here (upset if they win, because they are without Buttler and Stokes). Their key players are finding their groove at the most crucial moment.

RR are done here and they have themselves to blame. They had an upper hand when they were 100 for 1 with Rahane and Samson batting. But now it seems over![DOUBLEPOST=1527094128][/DOUBLEPOST]What stupid umpiring this, that was a clear wide!
