Given how batsmen seem susceptible to swinging balls, it is safe to rule out green pitches for the CT haha.

Also in Icc tournaments the pitches are a good sporting one (batting friendly and high scoring ones) given the fact the pitches have been similar ones in England ever since 2015 and Edgbaston alongside Oval are more likely to assist spin bowlers just like the last time around.
