I think Umesh at 420L for RCB seems a bit overpriced but after a while we've got a good calibre local bowler after Zak.

Kiwis always seem to be underrated in the IPL auctions, apart from Williamson who I think went for about the right price.

Not surprised by Sodhi not going - I recall Tahir didn't get any bids in the first round last year when he was the number 1 ICC T20 bowler but did get bids the second time round.

I agree with you that. I was very surprised when Glenn Phillips went unsold last time.

I haven't followed the progress of Ish Sodhi. He must've improved leaps and bounds to become world#1 bowler though I don't think much of rankings. I guess Santner should definitely attract a bid or two.
