I watched 20 mins of that Droylsden game the other night, in the first half. I didn't know Lee Roche played for you, I remember whe he was in the reserves at United. Interesting game from what I saw the other night, I can't remember properly, but didn't you have a good shout for a pen.

Yes we did, It was clear cut. Even the commentators said it should have been. 3-1 made Grays look good, we did not deserve to lose by that much. We hit the bar, missed from 6 yards, missed a 1 on 1 aswell.

I have a few things to say about todays 2-0 win over Halifax:

I have a few things to say about todays game against Halifax

1) No disrespect to Halifax, but they were tactically outplayed on the day.

2) Their players are sooo soft it is unbelievable... Everytime a Droylsden player came near them, they went down like they had been shot.

3) Most of there fans were ok, but there was a majority (About 30) that were a disgrace to the club. One spat in Paul Phillip's (our goalkeeper) face after going 2-0 down. All for the fact that he had to wait while a new ball was thrown on the pitch. Also, at the end of the game (by this time we had been singing The Great escape for 10 Minutes) a few fans invaded the pitch to have a pop out our players, all because they came over to our fans to celebrate.

4) Their players are also a disgrace to the club. After going 2-0 down. Thier number 17 and number 6 came running over and hurling offensive names at us because we had scored. I find this disgracefull.

5) After the match, the same set of fans tried to start a fight with a few of our fans who did nothing but walk past, they also had there kids with them.

And Last but not least: DROYLSDEN 2-0 HALIFAX WOOOOAAHHH!! Na, Im only joking, as you can understand I am over the moon with this win. Just a bit annoyed that some of the Halifax fans tried to spoil the party and putting the name of non league football to shame.
