Its impossible to spread 200 points between the team Matt. I have 2 default batsman and one other and I am at 180 Points.

Yep.
For a batsman they start on 55/99 [bat/bowl], you can't use 180 points on them unless you lower their bowling as well (which is pointless, use an All Rounder if you want a batter who can bowl). It uses 44 points to make a 99/99 Batsman, the best you can do, so three of those is less than 180 points.
Keep in mind that these numbers don't relate to real life cricket, they are skewed to make a 50 over engine produce results with the pacing of Twenty20.
