Suso again showed vs Southampton U21 today that he's too good for that level. Shelvey on the other hand played as if he was doing the team a favor by dropping down. Poor attitude. Didn't look bothered and just wasted any opportunities created by other players by taking wild shots from outside the box that didn't have any chance of going in.

Have taken a strong dislike for Shelvey of late. Hope the Tony-Pulis-wants-Jonjo-Shelvey-at-Stoke-for-7M rumors are true. Stoke play rugby, so does Jonjo, so would only be ideal for both parties.

I watched the Liverpool U21 game live on TV and I thought Suso was the stand out player on the pitch. The youngsters couldn't defend set pieces at all though, it was like watching Aston Villa.

Whenever Mr Deschamps decides to pick Nasri & Ben Arfa again, this french teams would have a serious potency about it.

Ye some of them are still being punished due to the EURO squad infighting.

Going back to the game vs Spain & i reckon France will be attempting to use their physical mid-fielders like Sissoko, Matudi, Pogba & Gonalons to try to man-mark Xavi/Xabi & co out that game.
