Great Story until now Culli! I voted for you bydaway , Good goal by Owen! and here is loadmixer what CD told you.. . Put Homer Crowd at the bottom there to Large.. you can also change the Weather and stuff..
Michael Owen's goal certaintly settled the home side down, allowing them to be very strong in defence and creative up front, making them a threat in the second half.. Nolberto Solano was causing the defence all sorts of problems still, his long passing nearly getting behind the defence. However, the Peruvian wasn't involved with the second goal of the game. Emre, the Turkish international, wwas the architect for this goal. Once again the goal was scored by Owen. This goal however was, special. He received the ball some 30 yards out, turned on the ball took a few strides and unleashed an unstoppable drive to the keepers left. Most fans were stunned, to silence, although the majority were jumping up and down like mad men.
It is hard to tell what this game will hold now. The second was such a wonderful goal, that the buzz around St James' is that anything can happen. Owen saluted the crowd in appreciation. The fans have been so patient of him, with his injury problems and the press critiscising his faith towards the club. If that goal has anything to do with it, it seems he is happy on Tyneside.
Newcastle United kept on pushing back Aston Villa in the final fifteen minutes, but they could not grab that third goal. As the final whistle went, the fans knew that after their last game against Blackburn Rovers, a lot of work had been done in training. Michael Owen proving that he is still one of the best strikers to grace the Premiership, and certaintly right up there with those lucky enough to have his name chanted by Geordies everywhere. The final score at St James' Park was 2-0 to Newcastle United and it was agreed that Newcastle United are posing a real threat in this season's campaign.
After that inspired win, Newcastle United now move fourth, now three points of leaders Arsenal. Newcastle shall now take their momentum into their North-East derby game against Middlesbrough, that will hopefully be a great games for the neutrals to watch and one Newcastle shall be keen to take three points from.
very nice start for newcastle there. still very early on so im not sure they can be considered serious contenders at the moment though but im sure later on down the track you will still be there near the top
