No balls patch - Patch sometimes works sometimes not

Hey guys,

I have made a no balls patch which i don't know why it sometimes dosen't work.

No the ball above shoulder is given out no ball

also i need two administrators for my site who can update the site regularly

When u bowl the no-balls does the umpire actually signal it and/or the commentator mention it?

I tried downloading the Cool BLC Patch 2 but it says "req. file does not exist".Pls check if u have named ur files right.

well I have tried the patch and have not had one single no ball called

I didn't encounter any no-balls in the two matches i've played.
