Lee is injured, Bond has declared retirement in one form, they are one of the best in pace bowling, but unfortunately they come up rarely this days that too in short form.

even actor is out.

Malinga hasn't played a test in 2 years due to fitness issues, and taits garbage.

a bad fast bowler is too easy to score runs off of, and it takes time for them to learn the consistency needed. I fear this is how cricket is going to be for a while, as batsmen become better at carting the ball every where the young pace bowler is just a liability.

Hopefully Asif returning to the fray can spice things up.

need a strong pakistan and west indies if fast bowling is going to take off again.

Asif is like 120km. I think he means quick bowlers. Roach springs to mind. Steyn currently injured. Johnson gets up there. Malinga injured.

Morne Morkel when he gets it right is quicker than Dale Steyn. De Wet also bowled pretty quickly on his debut, way to soon to say much about him though.

Bloody ridiculous. He's 26.

That's a rumour.

How about Peter Siddle?
