The ICC has announced that a new team will enter into the international ranks. The Planet Cricket Rovers are set to be the revolution international Cricket is looking for. The team will feature 16 top class players from around the globe. These have extraordinary talents which will show just how good they are against quality teams.

The ICC has been scouring the world to find such players and looks to Planet Cricket for them. The ICC has already announced the Coach. Brendan Gutteridge. He has already stated that he looks forward to the job and that the players he is fronted with will do the job.

The ICC has reportedly found a few players good enough to make the ranks of the Planet Cricket Rovers. The Coach Brendan Gutteridge made this comment earlier

The ICC Scouting Team has done a good job so far lets hope they find some more great talents around the globe. It is already a pleasing sight to have quality players eager to join our team. I have been in talks with numerous Domestic Players from a few countries but have had little luck in recruiting some of their more talented younsters. We have a big future ahead all we need is the right mix of players and we can beat any team thrown at us.

The ICC Chairman had this to say:
It has been a tough few weeks with the recent discussions of even giving this team a chance to stake their dominance of international cricket. The Board including myself has allowed The PC Rovers to have International status for a term of 2 years as a trial period, depending on how well the team goes that status could be stripped away or could be extended.

Both the ICC and Gutteridge know of the risk that is taken on board with the chance of failing or succeeding being very high.
