After the failure of many such threads, I have created this thread. I promise to keep this thread alive by creating interesting themes every week.

The Rules of the Competition are :

• Pre-mades are not allowed.
• The size of the signature should be 300x100 or 450x150 or 500x200.
• The size of the avatar should be 100x100.
• The size of the wallpaper should be 800x600 or 1024x768.
• Any user found voting for self will be disqualified.
• Any user found ripping other person's work would be disqualified & would be barred from participating from the competition in future.
• New themes will be posted every Monday. Entries will excepted till Friday noon (IST). Voting will start on Saturday & will finish on Sunday mid-night. Results will declared on Monday with the next theme.
• The winner of PCGMOW, will decude the theme for the next PCGMOW. If the winner doesn't choose it, the runner-up gets to choose the theme.

Prize : 20,000 vCash

Just a tip, maybe some weeks you could provide precuts or pictures of the topic. If its too much of a hassle dw, just a suggestion because if people have cut outs and pictures they can use they might decide to give it a go.
