I second Lewis Hamilton. He made me watch my first ever motorsport event. Ever.

To be fair, although i've no problem with wrestling, they can't really feature in these awards because they aren't in control of their own destiny.

Wrestling isn't a sport, it's a sad show that is more like gay porn... Muscled up, sterroid filled, mental men handling each other and throwing each other around in a fixed and pre-planned acting scene. I think that people who like it are weird tbh, it's not really entertainment to normal people, watching people play-fight in a ring, I realised how gay it is when I was 8, some people never grow up...

It's a matter of personal opinion. Obviously you don't respect what the wrestlers do and how hard they work.

well the ones that don't take steds. It's not a sport either way, there has to be an element of competitiveness in it. I second Beckham, actually has pride. The only others players that showed any were injured or at least allegedly so like John Terry, England captain

England captain should be Jamie Carragher. But numbnuts wouldn't even pick him.

Well my point is they are athletes. And they work harder than most other athletes if not all.

But this is sports personality of the year not athlete of the year

They work six shows a week, away from family, risking injury all the time. Constantly flying and travelling. It's a tough job.
