Late to the party. Ceasefire agreement signed yesterday which has been violated multiple times in the last few hours.
What if I tell you we will be seeing the certain someone asking for votes in the name of victims of Pahalgam and brave soldiers in the upcoming state elections? Bookmark this post, it has happened before and it's going to happen again.
I feel we lost the plot after signing the ceasefire agreement. Afterall, it's the citizens of both the countries that will suffer economically. Not the politicians, not celebrities, but citizens of the country. We'll have a fund that will be announced soon to cover the cost of the war and once collected it will be used to fund the elections.
I'm proud of the brave soldiers and grateful for their services. But I'm not happy with the way things were handled. Could have been much better. S. Jaishankar failed miserably in diplomacy. I'm okay to be termed "Anti-National" for this post which some of the people resort to against anyone speaking against the government.
Btw, China has announced they'll be standing by Pakistan. Now US won't come for help, Russia is busy with Ukraine war and all the other allies of India are either facing civil war within or not capable enough. That's a terrible situation to be in. I just hope all of this is over at earliest and we get back to leading a normal life. My condolences to all the brave hearts who have lost their lives fighting for the country.
