yes sir they do. I just had them ship to Texas for 4 pounds. They will ship to any country. If you order before 12pm UK time they will ship it out the same day. I should let you know that the price of the game is about 5 pounds more than other sites.
If you want a cheaper site then gameplay.co.uk also ship world wide and they are cheaper, however they did not accept my credit card so I used gamestation

Yes both sites i mentioned "gamestation" and "gameplay" charge for shipping outside UK. I have never found a site that offers free worldwide shipping on video games.
Yea. That's precisely the problem, shipping to UAE is quite a bit. If the website or shop in question was located in the Middle East, then it would be fine, otherwise you are shelling out quite a bit extra and waiting a day or two. Better to be patient IMO.

Arghh if anyone lives in Abu Dhabi here, speak up now cause i need to ask you something haha..
i checked with geekay stores in MOE they confirmed they will get the game by 15th, if i will pre order from game station or gameplay how fast we can get the delivery? is there any way i can pay extra to get an urgent delivery?

neither have urgent delivery, however you will definitly get it before the 15th. Well depends, how reliable is the post there? USPS is really good, so I am not worried.
